If you are interested in driving meaningful and positive organizational change through strategic human resources program delivery, we invite you to apply. Reporting to the Manager, Human Resources Programs and Policies, and working closely with a team of Human Resource Program Consultants, you will be responsible for leading human resources program research, development, implementation and evaluation aligned with the College’s strategic commitments and priorities. As a Human Resources Program Consultant, you will work closely with cross-functional working groups, project teams, leadership teams and other internal and external stakeholders to: assess organizational needs and identify program development opportunities; conduct research and provide strategic program development recommendations; lead the development, implementation and evaluation of human resources programs, initiatives and events; and conduct regular reviews of human resources programs to ensure alignment with leading practices, principles and legislation. |
