Complete application consists of a cover letter, resume, three (3) references from the most current supervisors, current criminal record check, Child Abuse Registry check, and Prior contact check. 

QUALIFICATIONS:

• A certificate or diploma in field of receptionist or secretarial
• Ability to be able to deal effectively with the public
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Be knowledgeable in the operations of Windows 11, Excel, and Microsoft Word
• Can have the ability to perform assigned duties without direct supervision
• Recording and transcription of meetings
• Must be knowledgeable in office technology
• Other secretarial duties as required
• Must have access to vehicle and have a valid driver's license

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Must always maintain confidentiality
• Types all correspondence as required
• Maintains daily attendance log
• Distribution of cheques
• Maintains incoming/outgoing correspondence and distributes faxes to appropriate worker
• Ensure office is secured at the end of the day
