Southeast Child & Family Services (SECFS) is a mandated child caring Agency serving the Anishinaabe people of Southeastern Manitoba, both on and off reserve. SECFS provides a full range of services under the CFS Act, CFS Authorities Act and the Adoptions Act.  The First Nation Communities served are Brokenhead, Black River, Bloodvein, Hollow Water, Little Grand Rapids, Berens River, Pauingassi and Poplar River.
