Hope Centre Health Care Inc., is a Community Health Centre located in the Northend We provide medical services for all ages and for all medical reasons, through a team of medical professionals, along with a team of Counselors and  a Outreach team comprised of Social Workers.We offer Health Care:  General medical care, pregnancy tests prenatal careSTD testing, Birth control, diabetes management, foot care along with a numberof other topics.Counselling: individual, couple, family & group,  family violence,sexual abuse, depression & anxiety, marrage & family conflict,alcohol and/or drug dependency.Outreach:  Support & advocacy, crisis counselling,support groups, home visits, community development.
