Green Iglu is a registered charitable organization with a mission to build local food infrastructure in remote, Northern, and Indigenous communities to sustainably grow fresh produce, as part of a move towards becoming food sovereign. 

We work directly with communities to tailor our programming to their specific needs. Using Growing Domes®, community outreach, and sustainable operations, we implement growing technology that can withstand the climate of northern Canada and train local greenhouse managers (Remote Farmers) to operate the systems year-round.  

Green Iglu is a fully-remote organization with head offices located in Toronto, Ontario.
