Our mission is to provide child protection and family services to Peguis First Nation membership and to all other nations that may request our services.





·       Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills;

·       Strong computer skills are required;

·       Sensitivity to confidential information;

·       Proficiency in iMac – specifically Microsoft Office;

·       Maintain a high degree of professionalism, courteousness, and friendliness;

·       Self-motivated and dedicated team player;

  • First Nation applicants are encouraged to self identify as being of First Nations descent;
  • Applicants must provide a current and satisfactory Criminal Record Check and a Child and Adult Abuse Registry Check.



·       Office Administrative Diploma/ Certificate an asset;

·       Minimum of one year experience in human resource roles is preferred;

·       High School Diploma, GED or equivalent




·       Assist Human Resource Manager to coordinator training schedule;

·       Assist in coordination of various in house training opportunities;

·       Assist in preparing/post notice/advertise positions;

·       Assist in orientation process and policy manual presentations;

·       Assist in gathering and analyze human resource data;

·       Assisting in maintaining all personnel files and job qualifications listings;
