Manitobah Mukluks is seeking an organized and self-motivated individual who enjoys variety to join their team as an Executive Assistant.

This is an administrative role that interacts with numerous departments throughout the organization. The successful candidate will be a key support to the leadership team and provide direct support to the CEO and CFO. This is an exciting position for someone who thrives on executing independently and has an aptitude for information management in a fast-paced environment.


  • Responsible for organizing, scheduling and managing calendars for the CEO and CFO
  • Providing full administrative support to the CEO, CFO and senior leadership team
  • Writing and drafting correspondence
  • Preparation and development of executive presentation materials, executive briefing materials
  • Provide financial management support with reports and billings process
  •  Meeting and event coordination
  • Participate in Senior Leadership team meetings including managing documents, taking minutes, and maintaining information
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and process expenses
  • Manage the CEO and CFO filing systems
  • General office administration duties, errands and other projects as assigned


  • Minimum four (4) years of experience in a senior administrative role
  • Exceptional organization ability and detail-oriented approach to work
  • Ability to build rapport and the confidence to ask questions to ensure clarity and ensure efficiency
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, meet deadlines and effectively handle multiple tasks
  • Strong proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite and go-to-meeting software
  • High degree of professionalism with the ability to work with confidential/sensitive information
  • Knowledge of Indigenous culture, and history considered an asset
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule during the winter season
  • Criminal Background Check may be required
  • Positive attitude and a go-getter personality
  • Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
