First Peoples Development Inc. (FPDI) administers and supports 34 First Nation Sub Agreement Holders (SAH's) to develop and deliver training to employment programs under the Aboriginal Skills and Employment Training Strategy (ASETS). 

ASETS is designed to assist Aboriginal people prepare for and find high demand jobs quickly, and keep them in the long term. Aboriginal people can access this through their local Employment & Training Coordinators or Sub Agreement Holders.

• Create partnerships within industry, educators and government;
• Identify labour market opportunities;
